Adam Florek is Of Counsel at Peiffer Wolf Carr Kane & Conway. His practice is focused on all types of civil, commercial, and class litigation.
Before joining the firm Adam clerked for the Honorable Charles R. Norgle of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the Honorable William J. Bauer of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. In private practice Adam represented a broad range of companies and individuals in state and federal courts across the county.
Adam received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Illinois Chicago’s John Marshall Law School where he was the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Information Technology & Privacy Law. While at John Marshall Adam also participated in the Transnational Legal Negotiation and Mediation program at the University of Strathclyde Law School in Glasgow, Scotland and the Thirty-Second Annual International Moot Court Competition in Information Technology and Privacy Law.
